He is very conscientious. He asks good questions to clarify assignments, and has an instinct for catching details that have maybe been overlooked.

Jesse is organized. While my attention span is limited mostly to what I'm working on today, his versioning and ability to go back in time to an earlier design is critical -- it saves work and helps organizational accountability.

He turns assignments around quickly. Usually, a job can be completed from conception to print ready within a few days. When I need something overnight, he jumps on it. And he helps plan larger projects around his production and vacation schedules so there are few surprises.

Last, I'm most grateful for Jesse's patience. He cheerfully revises and backtracks with an understanding that customers' (armchair designers') preferences can change as a new policy or project evolves or once we "see it on paper" and decide to try a different tack.
